The contact sides (1) of one flat surface part (2) have a semi-circular rounded shape and the surface has a radial serration (4) so that two flat parts can roll over each other at their connecting sides to the required angle. The flat elements are held together through connecting brackets (3) which are mounted rotatable in the centre of the radius of curvature. The connecting brackets are set in a separate closure part which can be fitted or screwed onto the ends of the toothed profile.
