PURPOSE: A top knot hat is provided to use the hat as a hempen hood, use the same in an unfolded state or carry out the top knot function for tying the hat in a tail hair shape. CONSTITUTION: A meeting and parting part(11) divided to a proper length is formed at the center of the top of the front surface of a top knot hat(10) to be put on one's head. A top knot strap(30) for curling and tying the top knot hat(10) is attached to the lower end of the meeting and parting part(11). A fixing strap(40) is attached to the rear part of the meeting and parting part(11). The meeting and parting part(11) is formed in a rectangular shape to tie or unfold the top knot hat(10).
