<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coagulating sedimentation agent easily handleable and low in treatment cost, capable of certainly settling a sludge by effectively acting on a water having sedimentation hindrance such as bulking or the like and having a large amount of suspended substances in a short time, and a coagulating sedimentation treatment method. <P>SOLUTION: The coagulating sedimentation agent is constituted by mixing a cationic polymer liquid coagulating agent and a ferrite powder. The formulation amount of the ferrite powder is within a range of 0.2 wt.% to 35 wt.% based on a sum of the amount of the cationic polymer component in the cationic polymer liquid coagulating agent and the formulation amount of the ferrite powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
