<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device which prevents a printing speed decrease by shortening a time required for edition of a space code. <P>SOLUTION: The printing device consists of a data receiving means for receiving data from a host apparatus, an editing means for editing data, a space edition control means for controlling an edition method of the space code, a panel setting information means for setting information from an operation panel, a space editing means for editing the space code, a printing control part for controlling printing, and a printing mechanism part for performing printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
