The unit is assembled of an input shaft (10), several stationary gears (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), a transitional shaft (20) with two movable wheels (21, 22, 23, 24) for the forward gears and a stationary output wheel (41), a second transitional shaft (30), comprising two more movable wheels (35, 36) for forward gears and a stationary output wheel (42), an output shaft with a toothed wheel (44) meshing with the output gears (41, 42). The movable wheels (24, 26) on the transitional shafts mesh with the stationary wheels on the input shaft creating a unit by meshing with the same stationary wheel (14). The engaged units are kept in the same position at the input shaft (10) and the transitional shaft (20, 30) but are created by using a different ratio for changing combinations.
