Wheelchair having a wheel, which includes a rim section (20) at an outer periphery, and a hub section connected to a center of the rim section (20) through a wheel section (21) so that the hub section rotatably connected to a chair section (1). In the wheel (2), a cushion ring (26) is fixed to an outer periphery surface of the wheel, a continuous wall section (31) is provided at an outer side surface of an outer periphery portion. The continuous wall section (31) has a ring shape along the rim section (20), and a distal end portion of the continuous wall section (31) is provided with a grip ring (27).
