<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely making a contract by allowing a service providing side to easily confirm whether or not a domain name received from a user who has applied for a contract to receive a network service is legal. <P>SOLUTION: A contract implementing terminal 13 is connected through a communication network 4 to a contract target network 1, a DNS server 11, a service contract system 2 and a service providing system 3 so that information can be transmitted and received, and the service providing system 2 is provided to offer a service to the contract target network 1. When the contract implementing terminal 13 makes a contract for service offering to the contract target network 1, the service contract system 2 confirms whether or not the domain name inputted from the contract implementing terminal 13 is coincident with the domain name of the contract target network 1 acquired by the system itself, and then the service providing system 3 starts to offer the service. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
