<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioner for a valve where a history of operating conditions such as abnormality occurring therein is stored and, when necessary, transmitted to an external machine to allow a maintenance worker to exactly know the past operating conditions and maintenance conditions only from the information stored in the positioner for a valve. <P>SOLUTION: The positioner for a valve has an operating condition detection unit for detecting operating conditions, an operating history storage unit for storing the history of the operating conditions detected by the operating condition detection unit, a transmission unit for transmitting the history of the operating conditions stored in the operating history storage unit to an external device, and a transmission history storage unit for storing the transmitted history of the operating conditions every time it is transmitted to the external device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
