PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the upsizing of a membrane module and to facilitate the adjustment of a bubble ratio. SOLUTION: In the membrane separation equipment, a treatment liquid a is supplied to the primary side of a separation membrane 10 installed in the membrane module 9, the secondary side of the separation membrane 10 is made to be a vacuum, and one composition e of the treatment liquid is made to penetrate from the primary side to the secondary side to increase the concentration of the treatment liquid a. A bubble charging apparatus 4 which forms a gas-liquid two phase flow comprising the treatment liquid a and bubbles c by injecting an inert gas b into the treatment liquid a in the form of bubbles is installed on the upstream side from the membrane module 9.
