PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member for feeding and conveying paper, which is excellent in wear resistance and has a high coefficient of friction achieved. SOLUTION: The rubber member has an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer as a matrix rubber vulcanized under a state where at least one of butyl rubber and a halogenated butyl rubber is dispersed, and shows a friction coefficient of 3 or more.
