PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coordinate measuring point data with CAD data with high precision. SOLUTION: In S2, mechanism analysis model of an object is created based on measuring point data of the object. In S4, a mechanism analysis model of a holder is created based on CAD data of the holder for fixing the object. In S5, simulation which fixes the mechanism analysis model of the object to the mechanism analysis model of the holder is performed. Since a state that the mechanism analysis model of the objective is fixed to the mechanism analysis model of the holder can be simulated on a computer with high precision, coordinate system of the measuring point data and coordinate system of the CAD data can be coordinated with high precision.
