The conveyor has a feed jet nozzle (4) and a jet interceptor channel (8). The channel consists of glass, esp. sapphire crystal, with a smooth surface in at least the area (10) where a feed air powder jet impacts on it. The channel is formed by a body, which is removeably fitted into a main body (2). The upstream front end section of the channel is funnel-shaped. There is at least one additional air intake (32,34) downstream of the jet nozzle.
