PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to perform access to a home page(HP) by notifying not only the update of the HP but also updated contents of the HP through an electronic mail to a customer. SOLUTION: This system is configured to make a customer terminal 11 and an HP(home page) update monitoring server 21 of an HP update notifying agent 2 and a terminal 31 of an HP developer 3 transmit and receive information through a communication line 5. The HP update monitoring server 21 receives contract contents associated with an HP update notice preliminarily applied and concluded by the customer terminal 11, and the URL of the designated HP and the electronic mail address of the customer, and stores them in a storage device, and monitors whether or not the contents of the HP are updated. At the time of detecting that the contents of the HP are updated, the HP update monitoring server 21 notices the updated contents through an electronic mail to the customer terminal 11 according to the contract contents with a customer 1 stored in the storage device, and notices advertisement contents through the electronic mail to the customer terminal 11 according to the contract contents with an advertiser 4.
