PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load receiving deck elevating device having a new cylinder arrangement which can make the load receiving deck elevating device compact. SOLUTION: The load receiving deck elevating device is provided with a supporting frame 2 fitted to a vehicle body 101 side, a pair of right and left base part arms 4 and 8 turnable around fulcrums 5 and 9 provided on the supporting frame 2, tip part arms 13 and 16 which are turnably provided on turning ends 6 and 10 sides of the base part arms 4 and 8, and turned so that a load receiving deck 18 is pivotably supported by a tip shaft portion 17, and the tip shaft portion 17 is turned toward the fulcrums 5 and 9, and foldable with respect to the base part arms, and an elevating/lowering cylinder 30 to turn the base part arms 4 and 8 in the vertical direction.
