PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe-sore prevention sheet which can prevent shoe sore, can diminish or alleviate the pain of shoe sore even if a shoe is put on after suffering shoe sore, can protect a shoe sore wound and prevent its widening and can sterilize and treat the wound. SOLUTION: The sheet body 1 of this prevention sheet comprises a front sole part 3, which has a length from the sole to the ankle, is inserted easily between the sole and a sock or a shoe (when a sock is not wore, a shoe only) and is pressed by the sole for fixing to use it for a long period of time, a rising part 6, which makes the main body easy to wrap the circular ankle with and fit with it, makes the main body flexible along the heel, diminishes an uncomfortable touch and do not cause another shoe-sore by being a foreign substance, and an intermediate part 7, which connects the front sole part 3 with the rising part 6. The intermediate part 7 is narrowly cut to be like a tape. In the front sole part 3, a proper number of properly sized holes are made for ventilation and non-slipperiness to prevent the sheet from slipping between the sole and a sock or a shoe.
