摘要 PURPOSE: A rubber modified polystyrene resin composition and its preparation method are provided, to improve fluidity, impact resistance and surface gloss. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of injecting 100 parts by weight of a source solution comprising 80-95 wt% of a styrene-based monomer and 5-20 wt% of a butadiene-based rubber polymer and 0.01-20 parts by weight of an organized clay mineral into a first reactor and polymerizing them at a temperature of 90-150 deg.C to convert rubbery phase into dispersed particles; and injecting the obtained product into a second reactor with a temperature of 130-180 deg.C and polymerizing them. Also the method comprises the steps of injecting a source solution comprising 80-95 wt% of a styrene-based monomer and 5-20 wt% of a butadiene-based rubber polymer into a first reactor and polymerizing it at a temperature of 90-150 deg.C to convert rubbery phase into dispersed particles; and injecting the obtained product and an organized clay mineral into a second reactor with a temperature of 130-180 deg.C and polymerizing them.
