CLEANING APPARATUS FOR POWDER TRANSPORT PASSAGE AND PULVERIZATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for a powder transport passage in which sticking and deposited powder is removed without disassembling parts.

SOLUTION: A fine powder guide pipe 40 is formed by connecting flanges F1 and F2 provided on each end part of a plurality of pipes P1 and P2 to each other. A contact surface 43 is provided between the connected parts of the flanges F1 and F2 to be brought into contact with each other and a fine gap 44 is provided on the inside diameter side from the contact surface 43. A 1st seal groove 45 is formed on the contact surface 43 in one flange F1, a 2nd seal groove 46 is provided on a place corresponding to the gap 44 and a cleaning liquid supply port 47 communicating with the gap 44 is provided on the outside diameter side from the 2nd seal groove 46. A seal member 48 is incorporated in the 1st seal groove 45 and an elastic tube 49 to come in elastic contact with another flange F2 by the expansion with the supply of high pressure air is incorporated in the 2nd groove 46. A cleaning liquid is supplied to the cleaning liquid supply port 47 in a state that the elastic tube 49 is shrunk and fluidized in the fine powder guide pipe 40 from the gap 44 to clean the whole inside of the fine powder guide pipe 40.
