PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of dew condensation and molds by automatically operating a ventilator. SOLUTION: This bath hot water supply device comprises a bathtub, a water level sensor for detecting a water level of the bathtub, the ventilator mounted in a bathroom, and a kitchen remote controller 5 having a display unit 11 mounted in a kitchen, the ventilator is automatically operated when a person taking a bath, is detected by the water level sensor, and its operating situation is displayed on the display unit 11.
