MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ANTIBACTERIAL ACETATE FIBER HAVING EXCELLENT WASH FASTNESS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of antibacterial acetate fiber having excellent antibacterial ability and wash fastness is characterized by using quaternary ammonium salt. CONSTITUTION: Antibacterial acetate fiber is obtained by the steps of: preparing cellulose diacetate fiber having 2.0-2.75 of substitution degree; treating the fiber with 5-10% of an alkali solution to produce acetate fiber having 5-10% of weight-loss rate and to form hydroxyl group; and then treating the acetate fiber with a cationizing agent containing quaternary ammonium salt.
