PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan cover in which a fan can be easily attached, noises caused by the driving of the fan can be reduced, and the erroneous insertion of the fingers or the like of a user can be prevented, and to provide an apparatus having the cover. SOLUTION: The passing/fitting fan fixing hook section 104 of the fan cover 101 is passed through a fan cover retaining/positioning hole 107, and also passed through a fan bolt fixing hole 110, and further fitted to the rear side of the outer wall 111 of the fan, thereby the fan cover 101, the fan attaching section 106 of the apparatus and the fan 109 can be positioned and retained in a single operation.
