APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING AND TRANSFERRING CYLINDRICAL SLEEVE OF PAY OFF REEL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and transferring cylindrical sleeve of pay off reel is provided which is capable of promptly and simply separating the cylindrical sleeve mounted on the pay off reel from the pay off reel and transferring the separated sleeve to a certain keeping place. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a transfer car moved along a preset path; a platform(30) vertically moved by cylinder(34) with being mounted on the transfer car; a rotation stand(40) mounted on an upper part of the platform and inclined by driving of cylinder(44); a pair of arms(50) one ends of which are rotationally mounted on an upper part of the rotation stand so that the arms are opened in such a direction that the other ends of the arms get away from each other, and the arms are closed in such a direction that the other ends of the arms come near with each other by driving of driving motor(56); and a sleeve support vertically moved by cylinder(62) with being mounted on an upper part of the rotation stand in such a way that the sleeve support is positioned between the arms, wherein the apparatus further comprises a coercive sleeve separation part(70) comprising vertical moving bars, springs, stoppers and separation member, wherein the arms comprise a sensor for sensing that the arms are closely adhered to the outer surface of sleeve (S), and wherein the transfer car comprises first transfer car(10) and second transfer car(20).
