<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide a device for manufacturing an electrode casing for an electric furnace capable of automatically performing welding works required for an electrode casing to obtain high productivity and the uniformity of product quality. To achieve the objective, the device for manufacturing an electrode casing for an electric furnace in which inner fins and the inner surface of a body are finally attached by being welded in a state where the cylindrical body and the multiple flat-shaped inner fins are temporarily in contact to be uniformly positioned in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body comprises: a base being in contact with the ground, and supporting the entire weight of the device; a vertical part vertically attached to the base; a guide horizontally arranged by attaching one end to the top of the vertical part; a support actuator for selectively supporting the other end of the guide; multiple rotating rollers fixed on the top surface of the base to be rotated to support the an electrode casing; a welding part for welding while moving in the longitudinal direction of the guide; and a control device for controlling the operation of the welding part and the rotating rollers.</p> |
