SECRETARY AGENT SYSTEM FOR USE WITH ORDINARY LANGUAGE COMPUTER SYSTEM, SECRETARY AGENT PROGRAM, AND METHOD OF PLANNING DIALOGUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secretary agent system enabling a user and an ordinary language computer system to flexibly and precisely exchange language text in a dialogue manner specialized to each individual user. SOLUTION: The secretary agent system 10 uses a language understanding/creating module 20 to understand the meaning of and create the language text specified to the user, by referring to a client model 40 which is a knowledge database accumulating knowledge on user's individual features. A plan module 30 plans dialogue specified to the user, by referring to a plurality of dialogue planning units 35 which show patterns of a dialogue as relations between a plurality of stages corresponding to various stages of the dialogue; a plan structure 37 representing the structure of the dialogue in progress as a dependency relation between the dialogue planning units 35; and the client model 40 serving as a knowledge database for accumulating knowledge on the user's individual features.
