PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attached case for heating or cooling the drink/food to a predetermined initial temperature suitable for drinking/eating and retaining the drink/food at the temperature even when the temperature of the drink/food is changed during a short time spent for drinking or eating, and being easily carried and simplified. SOLUTION: This attached case 1 has a contact face corresponding to the shape of a container 10 for storing the drink/food, and has water or a solvent or a latent heat storage material 4 of high heat-retaining property inside. The case is heated or cooled in whole in advance to heat or cool the container 10 through the contact face, whereby the drink/food is kept at an approximately constant temperature suitable for drinking/eating. The attached case 1 is composed of an inner case 2 and an outer case 3, the inner case 2 is composed of a material of high heat conductivity, the outer case 3 is composed of a material of low heat conductivity, the water or the solvent or latent heat storage material 4 of high heat-retaining property is accommodated in a space between the inner case 2 and the outer case 3, and the container 10 is inserted into the inner case 2 to be heated or cooled.
