<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blowing inflammable dust into a waste melting furnace suppressing excessive concentration of heavy metal/salt in the inflammable dust scattered from the melting furnace, and capable of preventing adhesion to duct and a dust remover between the melting furnace and a secondary combustion chamber and adverse effects to a boiler, a dust collector or the like of subsequent stages. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, when charging waste into the waste melting furnace 1 together with coke and limestone and melting the waste, collected inflammable dust is blown into a coke bed together with air or oxygen-enriched air from a tuyere. An upper limit of an inflammable dust amount to be collected and blown in is set beforehand so that the heavy metal and salt in the scattering dust does not increase more than a predetermined concentration by blowing the collected inflammable dust into the waste melting furnace 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
