PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detailed information via a public display device specified by a user, only by specifying the public display device as a destination of displaying the information to the user of an electronic device having a telephone function in response to a call emitted from the electronic device. SOLUTION: In response to a call from an electronic device such as a portable phone 50 having a telephone function, a guide 15 in an information provider service apparatus 10 transmits voice guidance to a user 51 of the portable phone 50 to prompt to enter an ID of the public display device as an information display destination. An information provider 17 in the service apparatus 10 displays information to be provided on a display device 21 having the ID entered from the phone 50 by the user 52 through input operation of the user 52 according to the voice guidance.
