PURPOSE: A golden tile with gold foil attached is provided for gold foil not to be detached easily by attaching gold foil to tile using an adhesive, to have a good effect on a human body and to have the excellent aesthetic sense. CONSTITUTION: The golden tile with gold foil attached comprises a tile attached to a wall side; an adhesive(11) applied to the backside of tile and being clear; a gold foil(12) formed into a thin film by hammering the gold and fixed by the adhesive; a water-proof coating layer(13) for preventing the gold foil from detaching from the surface of tile, preventing the moisture from infiltrating into the gold foil and composed of a silicone/acrylic resin; and a vinyl coating layer(14) applied to the upper part of the water-proof coating layer and composed of clear material so as to prevent the adhesive from melting the water-proof coating layer.
