PURPOSE: A dehumidifying apparatus is provided to control the indoor humidity by using lower-temperature energy of the open air. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) is formed to cover an inside of an outer wall(2) contacting with the open air of a building, and has a suction port(30a) formed at a lower part for sucking in air, and a discharge port(20a) formed at an upper part for discharging the air. A dew condensation inducing element(100) is installed in the case, having a rear surface contacting with the outer wall of the building. A ventilator(200) is installed at a rear of the discharge port of the case and is connected with a motor(300) generating air flow to discharge heat-exchanged air. A controller controls operation of the motor. A heat insulation material(1) is installed at the outer wall except the suction port, the discharge port, and the dew condensation inducing element.
