FIELD: construction, particularly foundation construction for buildings and building structures, for instance foundations built on non- uniformly sinking soil or onto which considerable non-uniformly distributed or eccentric loads affect. SUBSTANCE: foundation for load bearing, particularly from building, has horizontal bottom and vertical walls. Load from building is eccentrically distributed over foundation from one side and foundation has balancing system arranged on opposite foundation side. Balancing system is formed as anchorage made into stable underlying base layers. EFFECT: increased operational reliability due to foundation tension redistribution and involving all base area located outside load-bearing spot into compression operation. 2 dwg |
