FIELD: separation of loose materials by sizes; agricultural equipment; production of animal formula feed. SUBSTANCE: proposed adjustable gravitational separator includes housing, receiving unit, undersize and tailing fraction receivers and distributing dome. Separating surface is made in form of truncated cone formed by rods which are mounted in bush. Every other rod is immovable and is secured in inclined holes of bush. Alternating rods are movable and are bent in shape; their shorter arms are received by radial holes of bush for radial motion. Adjusting cone is mounted for vertical motion. Said cone is secured by means of flexible member. Adjusting cone is mounted in such position that its lateral surface acts on shorter arms of movable rods which are pressed to it by means of circular flexible member. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation of loose materials into two fractions. 4 dwg |
