PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing steamed rice cake using mugwort that contains various kinds of minerals and vitamins. Therefore, the manufactured steamed rice cake increases immunity and self-healing property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing steamed rice cake using mugwort comprises the steps of: washing mugwort and boiling it in water containing a trace amount of sodium carbonate then followed by washing with cold water and dewatering; mixing the prepared mugwort with soaked rice in a weight ratio of 10-30:90-70 and pulverizing the mixture; heaping an earthenware steamer with the pulverized mixture and powdered beans into a predetermined thickness; and steaming the earthenware steamer at 120-250 deg.C for 20-50 minutes. |
