PURPOSE: A radiating member for element and a printed circuit board and a plasma display panel assembly having the same are provided to reduce a noise generation. CONSTITUTION: A radiating member for element comprise a fixing part(81) fixed at a circuit board(60a,60b), a contacting part(82) fixed at an element, and a plurality of radiating pins(83a,83b,83c) extended with a predetermined length from the contacting part. Among the plurality of anti-heat pins, the length of the radiating pin which is far away from the fixing part is shorter than that of the radiating pin which is near from the fixing pin. One of the plurality of anti-heat pins is fixed at the circuit board and formed on the fixing part.
