The cable bushing (2) comprises a cable (1) retaining housing (5) with a fastener (13), forming a snap or lock connection to a retaining element (4), contg. a corresp. fastener (25).Pref. the first fastener (13) is arranged on the periphery of the housing, such that the snap or lock connection is set-up during insertion of the housing, at least partly, into the retaining element. The housing wall (7) may have a retainer recess (12) for the first fastener. Independent claims are included for the retaining element - wall(3) combination.
