PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for long-time recording even with a small data capacity since it is difficult to perform recording for a sufficient time in a moving picture recording format when it is desired to record all audio but not a moving picture and a still picture is enough as an image, such as in a conference. SOLUTION: Recording is performed in an audio recording format and a still picture recording format. Thus, long-time recording is realized with a small capacity, the still picture is photographed while being linked with the increase in a sound volume of audio, and it is not necessary for an operator to manually operate the apparatus.
