PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of a road cleaning device and improve the cleaning efficiency by improving the mounting structure for the road cleaning device on a working handle provided with a vibrating drive to be free in up and down position of a working vehicle and enabling the road cleaning device to suitably ground and preventing excessive pressing by the working arm and further eliminating possibility of damage of the device, facilitating turn of direction, and eliminating cleaning difficulty in a narrow space. SOLUTION: Road cleaning device is mounted on the working arm to be freely movable within a specified vertical range to the working arm or mounted through a revolving mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
