PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission cable having high torsional rigidity. SOLUTION: This torque transmission cable 1 has flexibility for transmitting torque applied to a first end part 11 to a rotary element connected to a second end part 12. The torque transmission cable 1 has a cylindrical outer cable 2 and an inner cable 3 inserted into a hollow part 23 of the outer cable 2. The outer cable 2 and the inner cable 3 are formed by respectively fixing mutual both end parts, that is, mutual first end parts 21 and 31 of the outer cable 2 and the inner cable 3 and mutual second end parts 22 and 32 in a state of being mutually energized in the opposite torsional direction.
