PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photothermographic dry imaging material capable of suppressing an increase in fog with age without degrading color tone or lowering sensitivity. SOLUTION: The silver halide photothermographic dry imaging material contains, in an undercoat layer, a polymeric latex obtained by emulsion polymerization in the presence of an imidazoline type surfactant or a polymeric latex obtained by emulsion polymerization in the presence of a reactive surfactant having an isocyanate group.
