EXTRACT OF GINKGO BILOBA L. LEAVES AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are an extract of Ginkgo biloba L. leaves containing polyphenol components and the use thereof as insecticides and bactericides. CONSTITUTION: An extract of Ginkgo biloba L. leaves is obtained by the steps of: dissolving pulverized Ginkgo biloba L. leaves in warm water and followed by extraction; fractioning the extract with ethylacetate and filtering the ethylacetate layer; filtering the ethylacetate layer and concentrating it under reduced pressure.
