PURPOSE: An LCD monitor having a function for outputting an image and controlling a peripheral device is provided to output an image signal to other output device by forming an image output part to the LCD monitor, output the image signal output from heterogeneous input devices to heterogeneous image output devices, and remotely control various input and output devices through an input menu of a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: An input part(2) receives a digital/analog image signal from the heterogeneous input devices(1). A signal selecting/outputting part(3) selects/outputs the image signal according to control of a controller(11). An image processor processes/outputs the image signal fit to a screen output characteristic of the touch screen(12) and the output device(9), and processes/outputs an image of a next frame stored in a register(5) when the image is played after pause. A mixer(6) mixes touch pen information inputted from the touch screen and the image of the image processor. An image output part(7) supplies the output image of the mixer to the output device. A voice output part(8) outputs a voice signal output from the signal selecting/outputting part to the output device.
