PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the control of a short-range wireless communication apparatus connected to an information processing apparatus and the control of another electronic apparatus, at the information processing apparatus side with a single control line. SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted computer 11 is provided with a telephone control unit 41 for generating telephone control code data for controlling a cellular telephone terminal device 13. This unit 41 judges whether each of code constituting data constituting the telephone control code data is the same as predetermined head data representing the head of the wireless control code data for controlling a wireless communication apparatus 12, and adds identification data for identifying the code constituting data from the head data to the code constituting the same data as the head data on the basis of the judgement.
