PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis of the shoulder joint which makes the angular position of the head of the humerus adjustable, a matching jig and/or their using methods. SOLUTION: This prosthesis has a humerus component 22 which is constituted in a manner to be transplanted to the brachial vessel of the humerus of a patient, and at the same time, is equipped with a first coupling connector provided on the surface, a facies articularis 92 which is constituted in a manner to work together with the glenoid of the patient, and the bone head 26 equipped with a second coupling connector provided on a surface 94 being different from the facies articularis. In addition, the prosthesis is equipped with a connector body 28 having a first end part which works in such a manner that the bone head is removably attached to the humerus component 22 in the spatial direction to the humerus component which can be selected and is constituted in a manner to be removably received in the first coupling connector of the humerus component, and a second end which is constituted in a manner to be removably attached to the second coupling connector of the bone head, and defines a third coupling connector. The prosthesis has a coupling member 24 which is constituted to fix the bone head in such a manner that the relative direction of the bone head to itself may be releasable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
