PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that conventional problems relative to the aspects of manufacturing cost, replacement work and productivity (operating efficiency) are solved by reducing the frequency of replacing a bladder in a BOM vulcanizing device. SOLUTION: In the BOM vulcanizing device, a set of bladder clamps equipped for a bottom force and a top force of a mold prepared for a bladder 100 which is of a cylindrical shape around a longitudinal axis before being inflated, are replaced with the bladder clamps 2 and 3 for the bottom force and the top force prepared for a bladder 101 which is of a disc shape around the longitudinal axis before being inflated respectively. Thus the disc-shaped bladder 101 equipped with the bladder clamps 2 and 3 for the bottom force and the top force after the replacement, is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
