FIELD: devices for measurement of liquid levels in reservoirs, tanks and wells. SUBSTANCE: proposed liquid level gauge includes sounding stick with measuring units, handle and pivot. Sounding stick is made in form of cylindrical rod with thread at ends. Measuring units are made in form of cup-shaped elements mounted coaxially in stepwise manner over circumference of sounding stick. Measuring units are secured on sounding stick between pivot and handle by tightening over threaded joint. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement and position of interface of liquids of different density; simplified construction. 2 dwg |
