FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying reflexotherapy techniques by treating a biologically active point. Information wave analog of tobacco is produced. To do it, tobacco portion is placed in direct contact with Gunn-effect diode crystal connected to low intensity power supply source of extremely high frequency. Curative wave information is recorded on the crystal. Feeding voltage is switched off and reflexotherapy treatment session is given. The Gunn-effect diode crystal is attached to biologically active points of P1 for 20-25 min. The reflexotherapy treatment session is repeated once to four times daily depending on marked tobacco smoking attraction severity. The total treatment course is 4-6 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course; significantly milder abstinence syndrome manifestations.
