摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a system for updating customer information using the wired telephone number information are provided to process the customer information update as a proxy by using an outbound form of a call center. CONSTITUTION: The call center connects to a CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) server(100) for connecting to a wired telephone of a customer. The CTI server connects to a recorder(200), a database manager(400), a counselor PC and telephone(500). The CTI server performs connection with the wired telephone. The recorder records customer's voice of an agreement for the update. The database manager stores the wired telephone customer information, update information, and update notification information. The database manager extracts the information for a moved customer from the wired telephone customer information, transmits the information to the CTI server, stores the update information inputted to the counselor PC, and collects the customer information updated to each company. The database manager includes a database server, a database management system, and an integrated database.
