APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING SUPPLY OF LUBRICANT OF TURBINE GENERATOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling supply of lubricant of a turbine generator is provided to prevent pulsation due to collision of lubricant with different pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a main oil pump(90) driven by rotary force of a generator(60) to circulate oil in an oil tank(7) at fixed pressure; an auxiliary oil pump(70) installed to a lower end of the oil tank, and driven by outside power to circulate oil in the oil tank; a non-return valve(73) installed to prevent oil from flowing back from discharge side of the auxiliary oil pump to discharge side of the main oil pump; an electronic clutch(30) coupling/separating a driving shaft of the main oil pump and a shaft of the generator; a main oil pump RPM sensor(93) installed to a slave shaft of the main oil pump to detect RPM of the main oil pump; a pressure sensor(45) installed on a front end of a servomotor(40) to detect pressure of oil supplied to the servomotor; a generator RPM sensor(55) detecting RPM of the generator; and a controller(100) coupling the electronic clutch and stopping the auxiliary oil pump only when the RPM's of the generator and the main oil pump are over set values, and the pressure of oil supplied to the servomotor is over fixed value, and separating the electronic clutch and operating the auxiliary oil pump otherwise.
