PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a sheet of comparatively high air-tightness, preventing the breakage and contamination of the sheet, in a clean booth with an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This clean booth with the air conditioner comprises a frame 2, a flexible sheet 3 mounted on the frame 2 for partitioning a booth space, and an air conditioning unit for controlling the atmosphere in the booth space S partitioned by the sheet 3. An upper end part 32 of the sheet 3 is folded to be doubled, a horizontally long cylindrical loop part is formed by fixing doubled edges 32, a rigid long material 31 is inserted into the loop part, and a holding material 4 is fixed to the frame to hold the sheet 3, whereby the holding material 4 is engaged with a lower end of the long material 31 of the loop part through the sheet 3. The holding material 4 has an approximately C-shaped transverse section, and covers the loop part in such manner that the loop part is accommodated in the space S having the approximately square-shaped transverse section, and formed between the holding material 4 and the frame 2.
