PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution that it is difficult to disperse a cut and discharged tape-like object to a wide range. SOLUTION: This discharging device for a tape-like object has a discharging mechanism 7 for discharging the tape-like object towards a discharge port 9, and a cutting mechanism 8 for cutting the tape-like object discharged from the discharging mechanism 7. A discharge roller 62 is installed at a position nearer the discharge port 9 than the cutting mechanism 8. The discharge roller 62 is constituted to discharge the tape-like object from the discharge port by rotating while contacting the tape-like object cut by the cutting mechanism 8. The device has a control means for controlling at least any one of rotation speed, rotation time, and rotation timing of the discharge roller 62 at the time of discharging the tape-like object according to at least any one of a kind of the tape-like object, thickness of the tape-like object, width of the tape-like object, and discharged length of the tape-like object by the discharging mechanism 7.
