PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective music dictation learning without giving differences in teaching level at any place.

SOLUTION: A task piece for music dictation learning is received from a test piece storage means via a communication line, the sound of the received test piece is reproduced with a terminal means and to perform the music dictation learning. A large number of pieces are stored in the test piece storage means. Even learners (students) living in a plurality of places (remote places where students are unable to attend a preparatory school for music college entrance examination or to receive a personal lesson) can freely access the test piece storage means via the internet and freely download test pieces of necessary level and practice music dictation learning in accordance with the learner's achievement level.
