PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet molding cutting die of a long life without generating deformation and damage of a cutting die edge by preventing inconvenient projection and generation of a flash especially in a hinge part in continuous molding of a plastic-made packaging container, and to provide the packaging container.

SOLUTION: In the plastic sheet molding cutting die, edge pieces 20A, 20B composed of a single edge comprising a pair of endless ring shapes for respectively cutting contours of a main container part Mp and a cover part C of the packaging container P are respectively formed by bonding. A tapered edge surface of the single edge is made to an inner peripheral surface side of the ring shape and in a bonded part 23 for forming a boundary of the main container part Mp and the cover part C of those edge pieces a plastic sheet forming cutting die edge 20 formed by providing intermittent notches 25 for forming the hinge part H is constituted to the edge tip, and fixed by inserting the cutting die edge 20 into a die base 30 for carrying out cutting processing of the plastic sheet made packaging container.
